Ingredients/Components
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 lb
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- zucchini or yellow squash, sliced - 2 item
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- butter - 3 4
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dash garlic salt - 1 item
- tomato, sliced - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 c
How to make vegetable pie:
Prebake 10 inch pie shell. Saute vegetables in butter until crisp but not soft. Drain well and add seasonings. Place tomato slices in bottom of prebaked pie shell. Add vegetables. Spread mayonnaise and cheese mixture over vegetables. Bake uncovered at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Vegetarian, Oven.
