Ingredients/Components
- cooked, mashed vegetables leftover or canned - 2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- crushed saltines or bread crumbs put 1 c - 3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make vegetable patties:
Mix together and shape into flat patties or cone shape. Drop into deep fat (hot) until brown and top with cream of celery soup or cream sauce.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Vegetables.
