Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 4 oz
- can fried onion rings - 1 item
- sour cream or plain yogurt - 1/3 c
- drained pimento - 4 oz
- bag broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed - 1 (16
How to make vegetable medley:
Combine all except 1/2 cheese and 1/2 onion rings. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or 8 minutes in the microwave. Place remainder of cheese and onion rings on top. Bake 5 minutes, uncovered, or 1 minute in microwave.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
