- pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1/2 item
- celery stalk, chopped - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli - 6 8
- garlic clove, chopped - 1 item
- lasagne noodles - 1 item
- salt or garlic salt - 1 item
- frozen sliced carrots - 6 8
- small sweet pepper, chopped - 1 item
- frozen sliced zucchini - 6 8
- frozen chopped cauliflower - 6 8
- sliced cheese, Monterey Jack or Mozzarella - 1 item
- cubed tofu if desired - 1 item
How to make vegetable lasagne:
Bring to boil in water first 5 ingredients. When noodles are done drain off water. Remove noodles to a separate container. Into vegetable mixture add next 6 ingredients, mix well with spaghetti sauce. Layer vegetable mixture in a large casserole bowl with noodles and cheese. Casserole must end with cheese on top.
