Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 (10
- water - 1 qt
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- diced carrots - 1 c
- diced potatoes
- each can Cream of Chicken Soup - 2 cans
- cut up Velveeta Cheese - 1 lb
How to make vegetable cheese soup:
Simmer water, bouillon cubes, celery and onions for 20 minutes. Add potatoes, carrots and frozen vegetables and simmer until all vegetables are tender. Add Cream of Chicken soup and cheese. Heat only until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Soups & stews.
