Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chopped pimento - 1/4 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- small can English peas - 1 item
- large can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- large can French green beans - 1 item
- cheese crackers Cheez-Its, crumbled - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain all vegetables. Mix together soup, sour cream, onion, pepper, cheese and pimento. Crumble crackers and mix with melted margarine. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
