Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- stick melted butter or margarine - 1/2 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- can white Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- can French cut green beans, drained - 1 item
- can slivered almonds - 1/2 item
- sour cream or salad dressing - 1/2 c
- Then add the following topping
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix together and place in casserole. Then add the following topping.Topping:1/2 box cheese crackers1/2 stick melted butter or margarine1/2 can slivered almonds Crumble crackers. Mix with butter or margarine and slivered almonds. Put topping on casserole mixture and bake about 45 minutes in a 350° oven. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
