Vegetable casserole



  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
  • can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 oz
  • frozen mixed vegetables - 2 pkg
  • cans French fried onions - 2 oz

How to make vegetable casserole:

Cook vegetables by directions on package. Mix vegetables, mushroom and cheese soup. Put into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with French fried onions and return to oven for 5 minutes.

Variation: May substitute 4 slices American cheese for cheese soup and may top with bread crumbs.
