Ingredients/Components
- cans Veg-All - 2 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- stick margarine - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts. Combine with onion, mayonnaise and cheese. Melt margarine and mix with enough cracker crumbs to make a topping. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
