  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
  • can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
  • sleeve about 12 to 15 cheese-flavored crackers, crushed - 1 item

How to make vegetable casserole:

Mix cracker crumbs with butter; set aside. In a 2-quart casserole, combine remaining ingredients. Top with reserved cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.
