Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
- sleeve about 12 to 15 cheese-flavored crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix cracker crumbs with butter; set aside. In a 2-quart casserole, combine remaining ingredients. Top with reserved cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
