Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- can diced water chestnuts - 1/2 item
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can drained white corn - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix melted oleo and crackers together; set aside until later. Mix the next four ingredients together and set aside until later. Mix the next three items together and layer on bottom of the casserole dish. Top with soup mixture. Cover with cracker mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
