Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 (8
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- can French green beans - 1 item
- box Ritz crackers - 1/2 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients and place in casserole. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Crush Ritz crackers. Pour 1 stick melted butter over crackers until all crumbs are buttered. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Return to oven for 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
