Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- slices toasted bread - 2 item
- mixed frozen or canned vegetables - 1 lb
How to make vegetable casserole:
Melt butter in skillet; saute onion until tender. Remove from skillet; add meat and saute until it changes color. Add vegetables and mushroom soup along with onion. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Crumble up toasted bread and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done. Then sprinkle cheese on top and let melt.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
