Ingredients/Components
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- bell pepper optional - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 item
- can French green beans - 1 item
- almond slivers - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all together. Top with 1/2 stick of butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Top with extra cheese if you prefer. Heat and serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
