- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can mushroom or celery soup - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix first 8 ingredients; crush crackers and mix with butter. Cover top with crackers mix. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
