Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1/2 pkg
- zucchini, peeled, chopped, cooked and drained - 4 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix and put in a 2-quart casserole the zucchini, eggs, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, chopped onion and salt and pepper. Top with grated cheese. Melt margarine and mix with Pepperidge Farm dressing and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Good with broccoli or spinach.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
