Vegetable casserole



Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 3/4 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sharp grated cheese - 1 c
- cans mixed vegetables, drained - 2 oz
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix first six ingredients together. Put in casserole. Cover with cheese. Combine the melted margarine with cracker crumbs and put on top of casserole. Bake at 350° until hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
