Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- blanched almonds - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup, diluted - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, broccoli or peas - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Slice celery and carrots. Microwave on High until a bit soft. Layer with water chestnuts, broccoli or peas (whatever). Add cream of chicken soup. Sprinkle blanched almonds on top and bake at 300° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
