Ingredients/Components

  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1/2 c
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • can Veg-All, drained - 1 item
  • Mexican hot Velveeta cheese, grated - 8 oz
  • or 1 stick melted margarine - 3/4 item

How to make vegetable casserole:

Mix Veg-All, corn, celery, onions and mayonnaise. Put in casserole dish. Add cheese. Top with Ritz crackers and margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
