Vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can Veg-All, drained - 1 item
- Mexican hot Velveeta cheese, grated - 8 oz
- or 1 stick melted margarine - 3/4 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix Veg-All, corn, celery, onions and mayonnaise. Put in casserole dish. Add cheese. Top with Ritz crackers and margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
