Ingredients/Components

  • sliced zucchini - 4 c
  • thinly sliced carrots
  • sliced green pepper - 1 c
  • chopped tomato - 2 c
  • chopped ripe olives - 1/4 c
  • seeded, minced jalapeno pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • each: dried whole oregano and ground cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • 6 oz
  • 6-inch warm flour tortillas - 15 item

How to make vegetable burritos:
