Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- mayo - 1/2 c
- Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- each: chopped green pepper, onion, carrots, tomato, cauliflower and broccoli - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar use less onion - 1 c
How to make vegetable bars:
Press rolls onto an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet. Bake 6 to 7 minutes at 350°. Cool. Mix next 4 ingredients and spread over baked rolls. Spread vegetables over cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and press vegetables into cheese mixture. Chill, covered, 3 to 4 hours. Cut, serve and enjoy.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Broccoli.
