Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- green onion - 3/4 c
- celery - 3/4 c
- green pepper
- carrot - 3/4 c
- cauliflower - 3/4 c
- broccoli - 3/4 c
- mayo or salad dressing - 3/4 c
- refrigerated crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- Ranch dressing dry packet - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable bars:
Any combination or all the following vegetables (chopped fine):3/4 c. green pepper3/4 c. green onion3/4 c. cauliflower3/4 c. broccoli3/4 c. celery3/4 c. carrot Pat dough squares into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes. Mix soft ingredients with dressing and spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped vegetables and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
