Ingredients/Components
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 oz
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- a little salt, pepper and sugar - 1 item
- Topping:1 stick margarine, melted
- grated cheese - 1 c
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1/4 lb
How to make veg-all casserole:
Topping:1 stick margarine, melted1 c. grated cheese1/4 lb. Ritz cracker crumbs In bowl mix Veg-All, water chestnuts, onion, celery, mayonnaise and seasonings. Pour into baking dish. Over this spread the grated cheese. Then sprinkle the Ritz cracker crumbs over the cheese. Pour the melted margarine over the crumbs.
