Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1 c
  • can water chestnuts - 1 oz
  • finely chopped celery - 1 c
  • roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • cans Veg-All vegetables, well drained - 2 oz

How to make veg-all casserole:

Combine all ingredients, except crackers and margarine. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch greased baking dish.

In small pan, melt 1 stick margarine. Crush 1 roll Ritz crackers (not too fine). Add to melted margarine. Spread crumb mixture over vegetables. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
