Veg-all casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 oz
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
- cans Veg-All vegetables, well drained - 2 oz
How to make veg-all casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except crackers and margarine. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch greased baking dish.In small pan, melt 1 stick margarine. Crush 1 roll Ritz crackers (not too fine). Add to melted margarine. Spread crumb mixture over vegetables. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
