Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1 item
  • butter - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • mushrooms - 1/2 c
  • Sauterne - 1/2 c
  • stock - 2 oz
  • pinch garlic - 1 item
  • au jus - 1/2 c
  • to 12 pieces pounded veal - 10 item
  • marinara - 2 oz
  • squeeze of lemon - 1 item

How to make veal scaloppine:

Pound veal and dredge in flour. Place in a hot pan with olive oil, garlic, 1 teaspoon butter, salt and pepper. Turn meat and add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve. Serves 2. Buono Appetito!
