Veal scaloppine
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- butter - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- mushrooms - 1/2 c
- Sauterne - 1/2 c
- stock - 2 oz
- pinch garlic - 1 item
- au jus - 1/2 c
- to 12 pieces pounded veal - 10 item
- marinara - 2 oz
- squeeze of lemon - 1 item
How to make veal scaloppine:
Pound veal and dredge in flour. Place in a hot pan with olive oil, garlic, 1 teaspoon butter, salt and pepper. Turn meat and add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve. Serves 2. Buono Appetito!Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
