Veal scaloppine
Ingredients/Components
- bell peppers - 2 item
- Italian seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 6 oz
- salt to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- veal - 8 oz
- instant onion flakes - 2 Tbsp
How to make veal scaloppine:
Boil veal in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Brown veal lightly in a frying pan, then add all other ingredients. Simmer slowly until peppers are tender and meat is done to your satisfaction.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
