- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 8 16
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- veal cutlets - 8 item
- seasoned tomato sauce - 1 2
How to make veal parmigiana:
Pound veal cutlets thin. Combine egg and milk in a pie plate. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in another pie plate. Dip each cutlet into the egg and milk mixture, then into the bread crumb and Parmesan cheese mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a large fRecipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
