Veal parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- diet margarine - 1 Tbsp
- garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- veal, pounded thin - 8 oz
How to make veal parmesan:
Season veal with black pepper and garlic. Rub cheese on both sides of cutlets. Melt margarine in a Teflon frying pan; saute veal for about 5 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
