Veal marsala
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- flour for dredging - 1 item
- Marsala wine - 1/4 c
- veal, cut in thin slices - 1 lb
- canned concentrated bouillon - 2 Tbsp
How to make veal marsala:
Pound the veal lightly until thin. Dredge with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat butter; add veal and brown on both sides. Add Marsala and cook for 1 minute longer over heat. Transfer the meat to warm platter. Add bouillon to the drippings and bring to a boil, then pour over veal.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
