Vanilla ice cream

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• eggs, separated - 5 item
• large cans evaporated milk - 3 item
• whole milk to fill canister - 1 item

How to make vanilla ice cream:

Beat egg whites. Add small amount of the sugar. Cream yolks and the remaining sugar. Beat well with electric mixer. Add vanilla and 1 1/2 cans evaporated milk to egg white mixture. Add the other 1 1/2 cans to yolks. Combine the two mixtures and pour into freezer canister. Add enough whole milk to fill to fill line. Freeze as usual.
