Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- baking mix - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- can spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
How to make upside-down pizza:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Simmer for several minutes. Combine egg, milk and oil in bowl. Add baking mix and salt; mix well. Spoon ground beef mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Spoon batter over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
