How to make upside-down german chocolate cake:
Grease and flour generously one 9 x 13-inch pan. Line pan with the pecan pieces and coconut. Mix the cake mix as directions on box; pour over pecans and coconut. Mix the butter or margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour this over cake batter. Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
