- lean ground beef
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked rice
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 oz
- cans beef broth - 2 1/2
- large green peppers, chopped - 3 item
- cans condensed tomato soup undiluted - 2 3/4
- can mushroom stems and pieces, drained - 1 oz
How to make unstuffed pepper soup:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the beef, peppers and onions over a small medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain off excess grease. Stir in broth, soup, tomatoes and mushrooms.
