Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- red pepper ground - 1/4 tsp
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
How to make twice cooked potatoes:
Bake potatoes 1 hour at 450°, uncovered. Saut?© onion and red pepper in margarine until onion is transparent. Scoop insides out and mix with the onion and red pepper. Add cheese and enough milk to make potatoes fluffy. Mound into potato shells and bake at 350° until heated throughout and until they are bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pork, Bacon.
