Twice baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- skim milk - 3 4
- dried basil, crushed - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- each - 4 small
- snipped chives - 2 Tbsp
- paprika to garnish - 1 item
- reduced calorie cream cheese, cubed and softened - 2 oz
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Prick potatoes with a fork. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until tender. Cool slightly. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out each potato half, leaving a thin shell. Put shells aside. Put pulp into a small mixer bowl. Add cream cRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
