  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oleo - 1/4 c
  • paprika - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • grated sharp cheese - 3/4 c
  • large baking potatoes, baked - 4 item

How to make twice baked potatoes:

While hot, cut baked potatoes in half. Do not rip skins. Whip potatoes. Add oleo and beat in milk. Stir in onion, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Spoon back into shells (will usually fill 7). Sprinkle with more grated cheese. Bake at 375° for 15 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. These potatoes can be kept in warm oven until serving time. Cover with foil after baking.
