  • pkg - 1 oz
  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • to 10 peeled, boiled and mashed potatoes - 8 item

How to make twice baked potatoes:

Mix all ingredients with the mashed potatoes. Put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1/2 to 1 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
