Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- large baking potatoes, baked - 4 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Cut hot potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp, reserving shells. In large bowl, using electric mixer, beat potatoes and butter until creamy. Gradually add in milk; stir in onion, salt and pepper.
