  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • large baking potatoes, baked - 4 item

How to make twice baked potatoes:

Cut hot potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp, reserving shells. In large bowl, using electric mixer, beat potatoes and butter until creamy. Gradually add in milk; stir in onion, salt and pepper. Scoop mixture into reserved shells and arrange in baking dish.
