Twice-baked potatoes


Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- large potatoes, baked - 4 item
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded cheese - 3/4 c
How to make twice-baked potatoes:
Cut potatoes in half. Scoop out inside and reserve shells. Beat potatoes and cheese until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Stir in onion, salt and pepper. Spoon into shells. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a dish at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
