Twice baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- bacon bits - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- to 6 baking potatoes - 4 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes; remove from oven and slice tops of potatoes off. Scoop out potato into large bowl. Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, sour cream, 4 tablespoons butter and milk to mash. Mash potatoes well. Scoop back into potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Top with bacon bits and pat of butter. Reheat at 325° for 20 minutes. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
