Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • onion, sliced - 1 item
  • turnips - 2 lb
  • whole eggs, well beaten - 3 item

How to make turnip souffle:

Cook first three ingredients together until tender. Drain and mash. Add next four ingredients; stir together and place in buttered casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until firm.
