Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- turnips - 2 lb
- whole eggs, well beaten - 3 item
How to make turnip souffle:
Cook first three ingredients together until tender. Drain and mash. Add next four ingredients; stir together and place in buttered casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until firm.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Side dish, Vegetables.
