Turkey vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- sliced zucchini - 1 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cumin seeds - 2 tsp
- chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp
- sliced carrot - 1 c
- frozen green peas - 1 c
- cooked diced turkey - 1 c
- potatoes, quartered and sliced - 2 item
- cut up drained canned tomatoes
How to make turkey vegetable soup:
Heat oil in large soup kettle. Add zucchini, mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5 minutes over medium-high heat. Add turkey, potatoes, carrots, peas, tomatoes, broth, cumin, salt and pepper.
