Turkey tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- Parmesan cheese
- chicken broth - 4 c
- bread crumbs
- mushrooms - 3/4 1
- cubed, cooked turkey - 4 c
- spaghetti, cooked al dente - 1 lb
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
Saute mushrooms in 1/2 cup butter. Stir in pasta. Melt 1/2 cup butter in flour. Stir in broth. Cook. Stir until boiling. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Set aside. Mix together pasta and turkey in greased casserole. Pour sauce; melt remaining butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top.
