Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- chopped, cooked turkey or chicken - 2 c
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped peas optional - 1/2 c
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk and seasonings. Stir in mayonnaise to mix smooth. Add spaghetti, turkey, peas (if desired) and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix lightly and pour into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
