Turkey tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- cooked turkey, cut in strips - 2 c
- uncooked spaghetti, broken up
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken or turkey broth or bouillon
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1 item
How to make turkey tetrazzini:
In a large skillet, saute onions and celery in margarine over medium heat. Cook until vegetables are clear. Arrange turkey in a layer over onions and celery. Cover with spaghetti.Combine soups and broth. Pour over spaghetti, being careful to moisten all of it. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover and continue cooking at medium heat until steam escapes from the pan. Reduce heat and cook 30 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
