- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- turkey - 1 (15
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- stuffing prepare and stuff turkey - 1 pkg
- ground sausage pork - 1 lb
How to make turkey sandwich:
This recipe serves a large number of people.Roast turkey approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Brown and drain ground beef and ground sausage. Saute celery and minced onion. Mix meat together with celery and onion. Add mushroom soup and chicken broth. When turkey is cool enough to handle, pull apart; do not slice. In large roasting pan, combine turkey, dressing and meat mixture. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Note: This mixture may be divided into smaller portions and frozen. If mixture would seem a little dry, add more chicken broth.
