Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 6 oz
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • butter
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • sliced green onions - 3 Tbsp
  • chicken broth
  • white pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • white wine - 1/2 c
  • poultry seasoning - 1/4 tsp
  • sliced ripe olives - 3 Tbsp
  • crushed clove garlic - 1 item
  • cooked, crumbled bacon - 3 oz
  • large oval cooked turkey slices - 6 item

How to make turkey roulades:

White Wine Sauce:2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour1 1/2 c. chicken broth1/2 c. white wine1 Tbsp. chopped onion1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning1/4 tsp. white pepper3 oz. cooked, crumbled bacon Mix cream cheese, olives, garlic and green onions together. Place turkey slices on flat surface. Divide cheese mixture evenly among them. Roll turkey slice and place folded side down on a Pam-sprayed cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in 350° oven. Serve with white wine sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serves 6.

White Wine Sauce: Saute onion in butter until translucent. Add chicken broth, wine, pepper and seasoning. Cook until smooth. Cook bacon until crisp, crumble and add to sauce just before serving.
