Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • olive oil
  • plus 2 tsp - 1/3 c
  • thin lemon slices - 4 item
  • plus 3/4 tsp - 1 Tbsp
  • thinly sliced turkey cutlets - 12 oz

How to make turkey piccata:

Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Dredge cutlets in flour mixture. Heat oil and butter in skillet. Add cutlets and saute until browned and cooked, about 2 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Add broth, lemon juice and lemon slices to skillet; bring to boil. Return cutlets to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
