Ingredients/Components

  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • basil - 1 item
  • celery salt - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 12 item
  • large tomatoes - 2 item
  • large bell pepper - 1 item
  • medium can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • oregano, to taste - 1 item
  • large white onions - 2 item
  • whole clove garlic - 1 item
  • of chicken or turkey - 3 lb
  • slices of bacon, cooked - 8 item

How to make turkey fajitas:

Cut turkey into bite sized pieces. Throw all your seasonings on top. Fry bacon and drain, break into small pieces and toss in turkey. Fast fry in butter until done. Throw in vegetables and top with Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes. Dip tortillas in butter, just enough to make soft. Layer 6 on bottom. Pour meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and pour over tomato sauce. Cover with 6 other tortillas. Shake Parmesan on top and bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
