Turkey corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- thinly sliced onion - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- sliced celery - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- diced turkey, cooked - 3 c
How to make turkey corn chowder:
Saute onion slowly in butter until tender, but not brown. Add potatoes, celery, water, salt and bouillon cube. Cover and cook until potatoes and celery are tender, about 15 minutes.
